I'm Jenn, owner and stylist at Scissorz of Awwz. I'm so glad you are considering me for your new hairstylist. With 20 years in the industry I take your hair needs and your safety very seriously. All Covid-19 guidelines are followed and masks will be worn during your visit. When you arrive for your first visit we will start with an in debth consultation to find out your hair goals and create a path to get you there. You will be able to enjoy a variety of music, tv shows, or movies during your service as well as a selection of beverages and snacks to enjoy while you are processing. Late and Cancellation Policy
Things happen and I totally understand. However if a client runs later than 15 minutes for their appointment I reserve the right to cancel that appointment if it will cause me to run late for other clients/commitments. I require 24 hours notice of cancellation of appointment. 3 or more cancellations in under this window or any no call no shows will result in the inability to book an appointment going forward and will have to rely on day of availability.
